Coup averted
In a valiant effort, Diet Pepsi attempted a coup this week - while the leader of the Mountain Dew coalition was on vacation. Upon learning of the rebel’s attempt to gain the throne, the Mountain Dew leader exclaimed, “I am still King of the Mountain!”, referring to the childhood game of the same name. He is stalwart in his conviction of Divine Right and supreme ruler of all.

If only Diet Pepsi could unify the other members of the Diet council under the flag of the caduceus carrying Pepper, they might have had a chance!
Alas, they will have to wait to usurp the Throne of Canns for another fortnight.
